Thank you for visiting CaiVideos.

We first launched on August 18^th, 2008. The idea was born out of an expressed frustration from those who were interesting in experiencing the Caribbean. We were having a difficult time finding music videos, and other videos  of the culture of Dominica, and some of the other islands, on mega video-based websites like YouTube.

CaiVideos is a social networking website where "Facebook meets YouTube". This social network is for anyone who would like to experience the culture, energy and lifestyle of Dominica and the Caribbean. From those who live there, to those who are taking their first Caribbean Cruise or thinking about their first Caribbean vacation, or those who are frequent visitors to our Caribbean Hotels and beaches.

Those who no longer live in the Caribbean, but who still celebrate their heritage, should also feel free to join in and show us how they celebrate wherever they live!

CaiVideos is a great place to upload videos and pictures of  everything Caribbean. These videos and pictures are available to the viewing public at no cost, and individuals do not need to be members of the website to enjoy these videos and pictures. As well, members can create their own blogs to discuss and share their own personal Caribbean experience, or other topics of interest.

The website’s popularity continues to grow exponentially and it now records, over 700 members, almost 6, 000 visitors a month, and an average of 47, 000 page views a month. In addition, visitors have been identified from over 100 countries and territories around the world, and some tune in from as far away as China, Indonesia, New Zealand and Australia!
