SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT HAPPEN TO ALL THE COSTUME BANDS THIS YEAR

It seem like the massmakers are tired of the cheap prizes and the neglect they been getting over the years from the carnival committee . There was a lot of T-shits..no real carnival costume on the road this year! is the ecconomy to blame or what? maybe the massmakers are tired.
