Daddy Chess is King! Soca Monarch 2009 Results are in
After an electrifying performance last night, Daddy Chess walked away as the undefeated Soca Monarch King of Dominica for 2009. From all reports (and the video clips) the performers gave their best efforts, but Daddy Chess would not be dethroned. He reined supreme and at the end of the night he retained his title for the second year in a row.
The other top contenders of the evening were, Clint Henderson (1st runner up), Mr. Benji (2nd runner up) and Hunter (3rd runner up). Congratulations Daddy Chess, and well done.
